this is sultan park ... its a national park ... its the only national park we got ... i remember i was taken there on a school trip when i was in kindergarten ... and i've not been there since ... until last week ... to take these pics ... only a few locals ever go to this park now ... because its been left to run down and is in pretty bad shape ... like the bridge pictured here ... there used to be a pond there and wanter running under the bridge ... foreign laborers and workers mostly from india and bangladesh can be seen spending their offday afternoons here ...

It's always sad to see parks and gardens not properly tended. This one must have been beautiful in its day, the greenery is still wonderfully lush!

Bring back old memories............ still remember going there as a kid and posing for family photographs.
